In the heart of the Santiago neighbourhood, in a wine cellar within the old town. The main patio is divided in two cellars. In one of them we find the “Colección Roberto Amillo” from the Bodega Altanza maturing, and in the other the most extensive collection in the world of objects related to Sherry and Jerez Brandy.
